New York Wine & Culinary Center nICE Festival

A NYWCC classic! Our nICE Festival showcases NYS ice wines & seasonal wines. Vendors will be pouring wine tastings and passing out cheese samples in our Sands Gallery.

This year we'll be featuring unique demos in our Wine Spectator Theater in honor of the end of the football season! One of our experienced chef instructors will be demonstrating how to create amazing tailgate and game-day appetizers with plenty of samples to pass around. Tailgate dress is encouraged as you sip on NYS ice wine, or your favorite beer from our cash bar! 

Also in the Sands Gallery will be a chili sampling station. These chilis will be prepared by teams of participants from the hands-on cooking class earlier in the day. It's up to the festival attendees to taste-test, and cast their vote for the best chili recipe! 

There's something for everyone at this festival, so come celebrate all the delicious NYS food and drink that come with this time of year!
